Shoogling Stuckness

I am currently condensing a fair few years of hanging out in this field of work into a wee booklet that will be available to read or download. This is a work in progress - intended to nurture a process of noticing:   how you're doing - whatever you're doing - while you're doing itThe intention here is to condense all the good stuff from my training in Experiential Listening & Focusing and Focusing with Childrenwith the common ground of David Bohm's work - On Dialogue and the Suspension of Everything. I am not reinventing the wheel here, just articulating small important shifts in language and practice that I have found necessary when navigating the experiential landscape. There are connections here with Qi Kung, EFT, Feldenkrais and TRE.  Letting our nervous system return to a state of flow while reframing our experience can support us in shoogling free from rigid patterns of thought, feelings, behavior or stuckness we meet in everyday life.  Click on the image opposite for more on integrating art making, and a few helpful questions into a Listening Skills Practice while bringing a little playfulness, subtlety and depth to listening through the body.

Our body is always listening through us. It's worth listening back.

'If each day falls within each night there is a well where clarity is imprisoned.

We need to sit on the rim of the well of darkness and fish for fallen light with patience.'
